Mike Niebauer is the Rector at Incarnation Church in State College, PA. He holds a PhD in Systematic Theology from Duquesne University. He is the author of Virtuous Persuasion (Lexham, 2022) and a member of the St. Basil Fellowship of the Center for Pastor Theologians.
