Todd was installed as President of the Center for Pastor Theologians in 2018, and has served on the CPT board since 2006. Todd has a B.A. in Philosophy, an M.A. in Biblical Exegesis, and a Ph.D. in New Testament from Cambridge University. Before coming on staff with the CPT, Todd served as the Senior Pastor of Calvary Memorial Church for ten years (2008-2018). In addition to being the author of several scholarly articles in the area of New Testament studies, he is also the author of The Curse of the Law and the Crisis in Galatia (Mohr-Siebeck), Pastors in the Classics (Baker), Mere Sexuality (Zondervan), and several other books.

Dr. Gerald Hiestand has served as the CPT Executive Director since 2006. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in theology, and a Ph.D. in Classics from the University of Reading. He has been in pastoral ministry since 1999, and currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Calvary Memorial Church in Oak Park (Chicago). Gerald has written and edited a number books, including The Pastor Theologian (Zondervan), Becoming a Pastor Theologian (IVP Academic), Beauty, Order and Mystery (IVP Academic), and Justification (Baker Academic, forthcoming). Gerald is the general editor of the CPT's Bulletin of Ecclesial Theology.

Zachary Wagner (B.A. Moody Bible Institute, M.A. Wheaton College) grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and has lived in and around Chicagoland his whole life. He has degrees in systematic theology and biblical exegesis and hopes to one day serve in full-time vocational ministry. He has been a regular attender of Calvary Memorial Church since 2013 and has been on staff with the Center For Pastor Theologians since 2016. His responsibilities at the CPT include event planning, communications, website management and other logistics.

Soo Ai Kudo
Soo Ai is a Chinese Malaysian who came to the US as a teenage exchange student. She later studied Art History, and worked in graphic arts after graduation. She became a US citizen after marrying a Japanese American, and later became a Christian as a young mom.
Born and raised in South Florida, James is a graduate of the Moody Bible Institute (B.A. in Biblical Languages). James desires to serve the church through church-based and higher Christian education. He plans on attending TEDS beginning in Fall 2019 seeking an M.A. in Systematic Theology. His research interests include ascension theology, metaphysics, systematic theology, and biblical languages.
